My experience with ordering from this company was superb. I placed an order literally the day before and specified when I placed my order that I wanted to have the product overnighted from Friday to Saturday if at all possible. I was emailed a couple of times after placing the order and was told I needed to upgrade the shipping for overnight over the phone. Since I was busy at work, I didn't get the email, and then they attempted to call me and leave a message since it was getting close to the deadline for shipping. Again, I was busy, so I called back as quickly as I could and spoke with Ralph. I upgraded the shipping over the phone and he explained that they might have to do the engraving different than I specified because it was on a heart, which I said was fine. Anyway, the next day I received the heart locket as promised for my wife for Mother's Day, and I couldn't be more happy with the customer service, the engraving, and the locket itself. The locket was great. It was for a five year old as a flower girl wedding present. The engraving of her name on the back as well as the nice sized four areas for photos is great.

I had been searching high and low, in stores and on the internet, to find this exact item for my daughter to give her as a bridal shower present. When I saw this locket, it was exactly what I had been searching for (I had in mind what I wanted and knew I would know the right one when I saw it). The engraving is beautiful and the locket exquisite. I am sure she will cry when she gets it as it will always symbolize the beginning of her new life. Thank you so much!

Beautiful, well made locket. Engraving on front has fine lines and the personalization on the reverse was centered and clear. This product came with a rolo chain which was the correct weight for the locket. Fast service and fair price. I would always consider Silver Mine before going to the mall stores.
