I LOVE this locket! It is beautifully crafted, a nice big size, but light enough I wear it everywhere. The arms hold it together tightly enough I'm not worried about it coming undone, but it's still easy to open. So unique, people have been stopping me on the street to ask me about it, and I love the little gasp I get out of them when I open it to show that it has 6 photos!

I love the uniqueness of this locket. I am having a tough time finding pics small enough. But the size of the ball is perfect - not too heavy or bulky. I hope the closure is sturdy, but so far it is perfect. This company cares about customer service and I find that to be a rare thing. I will purchase more from here next time I'm looking for silver jewelry.

I ordered this locket (shipping to Australia) and it failed to arrive. When I contacted Silvermine, they replied promptly and assured me they would rectify the situation. Two days later a new locket was shipped and it arrived quickly. The team at Silvermine have amazing customer service and I believe it's how they dealt with things going awry that shows their true character. I love the necklace, although would recommend to others to order the longest chain available, as it is best worn long. Overall, I would definitely order from Silvermine gifts again.

We bought this locket for my Mother-in-laws 60th Birthday on a Sunday and had it on hands by Weds. She loves antique silver jewelery and has 5 grandchildren so this was perfect for her. When she opened it she and the rest of our family was in awe. At first she didn't even realize it was a locket since the latches seem part of the piece itself. The insciption in the back was beautiful and we know this will be loved for a long time. We found stickers to use as templates to cut the faces. This lockets openings are a wonderful size and really capture the grandchilden.

Hello first of all these people are wonderfull. Moments after i ordered online they called with advice on my locket and how it can look its best, that's customer service rarely seen today. This locket is fantastic. I chose it myself and recieved it as a christmas gift and it is the most treasured gift I have ever received. Fits plenty of photos and any time I have gone to show people the enclosed photos they are usually more interested in this beautiful locket which makes me feel wonderful to wear this unique piece of jewellery. This locket is as lovely and intricate as it looks online. We had three plates engraved and they didn't look cramped but quite professional. We also purchased the 30" chain and it really complemented the locket.The piece arrived in exactly 3 business days, as promised.We were very happy with the purchase!

This is such an unusual locket, which is why I ordered it. It is unique and I particularly love the 6 photo capacity. The silver is beautiful. Product received quickly and is just as described. This is a lovely silver ball locket with beautiful engravings. Small photos can be placed inside. I had names engraved on the back of each photo placement and it looks great.I purchased a silver chain to go with it and it looks great. I am giving this to our daughter as she heads away from home to college!

This is a very special piece. I ordered a similar one from another company, it was poor quality and they initially sent me the wrong item. I called silver mine in a panic because my mother's birthday was the next day and I was stuck with no gift! The folks at Silver mine were so incredibly kind and professional. I was so grateful when I opened the package and saw how beautiful the pendant was. I am a news anchor who covers stories on bad companies all the time.
