I am very happy with this merchant and the product. An engraved silver rattle is now my standard baby gift. Im a little sad that the price went up, but it is still worth it. I dont know why the header to this survey says pill boxes in it because thats not what I purchased. For the record, I got the victorian-style baby rattle. Thanks!

Silver Mines service was wonderful. I ordered an engraved rattle--the engraving was beautiful (and correct), the rattle was beautiful (as pictured), but the feel of the rattle was truly wonderful. Something that wasnt expressed on their website. Even if one were to find the same product at the same price, I would recommend purchasing from Silver Mine due to their excellent service.

I have ordered from Silver Mine twice now, and both times their customer service was outstanding. On the second occasion I was in a particularly big hurry to get the item ordered, and Melissa gave me affordable options that would still get me the item by my requested date. The quality of the products I have ordered from Silver Mine is excellent, and with the ease of purchasing and very personal service they offer, I think they offer an exceptional value.

I am thrilled with the sterling baby rattle I ordered from Silver Mine! The rattle is beautiful, of excellent quality and the engraving is extremely well done. It is actually better than I had hoped (and I am quite picky)!!! Additionally, the item was shipped quickly & well-packaged. [I placed the order on a Mon (1st) and RECEIVED the engraved rattle Fri (5th)]. I especially like that Silver Mine is a small mom & pop type establishment with PERSONAL service...a rarity these days. The attention to detail was wonderful! I recieved an email within an hour of my order with a question about the engraving order. The merchandise was very high quality and the engraving job was beautiful. I recieved my order much faster than I thought I would given that I chose the cheapest shipping.

EXCELLENT! The scale of 1 to 5 doesnt go far enough.... I would rate this merchant a 10!!! Especially in the delivery category... I needed the item in time for a baby shower, and it arrived VERY quickly and in plenty of time, even though I ordered it late. Thanks, Silver Mine Gifts!

I found exactly the item I wanted, a Sterling Silver Baby Rattle, at nearly half the price of similar offerings. Their site was very easy to use,engraving services and shipping were reasonably priced. Acknowledgement to my order was prompt and so complete that it was not even necessary to ask questions about arrival, returns ect. The package arrived as promised;on time and well wrapped. The rattle was engraved beautifully and free of finger prints or dust, wrapped in a plastic bag which was enclosed in a black felt draw string sack that was an unexpected surprise that added to the overall quality of the item. This was a perfect buying experience. I would buy from them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.
