This company is excellent in all ways. I called them for a super rush order for a retirement party that was the next day. They engraved something for me, shipped it same day and I had it by noon the next day. The best customer service I have ever experienced. Dont hesitate to use this company - great job on their part!!

Everything I have purchased from this company has been better than expected. Great quality, and a great resource for gifts. I no longer have to fly across the pond to shop on Bond Street...you can get the same sterling service and beautiful goods, right here, in the U.S.of A. Thanks!

Without a doubt the best shopping experience I have ever had. Through this shop I found exactly what I wanted - a hard to find engravable, sterling silver decanter tag to give my hub for our 25th wedding anniversary. The merchant gave me immediate attention and paid attention to detail like no one Ive ever seen, sending me samples of engraving options, e-mailing and phoning about the very small inexpensive piece I was buying. Before I turned around I had this piece in my possession - it was rushed in the most beautiful packaging. My husband loved it, and it is hanging on one of his favorite 18th century decanters - no one would know it is not an antique itself. I cannot recommend this merchant enough for quality, low prices, and being the nicest, most professional business people I have ever dealt with.
