I recently purchased a silver money clip as an annivesary gift for my husband. I was pleased with the Silver Mines service. The ordering process was easy. After I ordered the product online, the store sent me a confirmation email with estimated shipping date and the price charged to my credit card. When the item shipped, I received another email confirming the shipping. The money clip arrived on time and in good condition. The store did an excellent job in packaging the item. The item was exactly as it was pictured on the their website. The price was good compared to similar offerings by other on-line stores. I had no need to contact their Customer Service as I did not experience any problems with my order. Both my husband and I are pleased with our purchase.

The money clip I purchased from them is gorgeous. Their website was easy to use and I received my purchase promptly and with all the prior notifications I could expect. My husband loves his gift!

Product was beautifully wrapped in a velvet pouch and well protected for shipping. Prompt delivery; nice workmanship; reasonable pricing.
