Wonderful customer service! I didn't indicate on my order the engraving font type and was promptly contacted by a customer service agent to clairfy. Not only was I called, but he suggested font styles that would be appropriate for my gift. My husband loved his birthday present from Silver Mine Gifts, I'll definitely be a long-time customer.

I had a difficult time finding a SS Engravable Pill Box for a man. Of the few I found, you had the largest selection and reasonable cost.
I recieved the item very quickly and I am very happy with the quality of the product as well as the engraving.

Exactly what I had been looking for and unable to find in any retail store. A small, elegant pillbox appropriate for my husband to carry in his pocket. Made even more special that it was a gift for our "Silver Anniversary". The engraving was perfect and the time from placing the order to receiving the package was amazing. This company receives 5+ stars.

The engraved pill box that I ordered was exactly as described on the website and I was very pleased with the quality of the engraving. I was quite nervous shopping online for engraved items, especially since you cannot preview the engraving in person. Fortunately, my expectations were exceeded and the customer service was great!

Im very impressed with Silver Mine Gifts. I have purchased from them twice, and have been pleased with every aspect of the transactions. My purchases were of two silver pillboxes. In both cases, the quality met or exceeded my expectations. Its a lot of product for a very reasonable price. In one case, I had a question. I received a reply within a few hours. The boxes are sturdy and well made. Engraving is careful, accurately centered, and crisp. You may wish to do the math to determine area. Sizes and weights are clearly stated. The two boxes I purchased are substantial and beautiful. I will buy from Silver Mine Gifts again--for myself and for others.
