My office ordered a custom-engraved decanter label for my boss as part of a retirement gift.
Given that he had been with our organization for almost 50 years, and as a Federal agency we could only rely on personal donations to cover our costs, we needed a decanter label that would be beautiful, elegant, and not too expensive.

I was very happy with the quality of the sterling silver liquor decanter label and the engraving on it. It shows beautifully and is not cheap looking. I would definitely order from you again. Also, the merchandise arrived in a very timely manner and I also want to mention that your staff was extremely helpful and cordial over the phone when I called to ask about this product.

This was an extremely important gift for a retiring minister who was very beloved. I telephoned and spoke to one of the owners who steered me to the tag that would permit us a nice long, inscribed message. It is lovely - just what we wanted, and it was shipped very expeditiously. I will certainly be back for future orders!

This company is excellent in all ways. I called them for a super rush order for a retirement party that was the next day. They engraved something for me, shipped it same day and I had it by noon the next day. The best customer service I have ever experienced. Dont hesitate to use this company - great job on their part!!

Without a doubt the best shopping experience I have ever had. Through this shop I found exactly what I wanted - a hard to find engravable, sterling silver decanter tag to give my hub for our 25th wedding anniversary. The merchant gave me immediate attention and paid attention to detail like no one Ive ever seen, sending me samples of engraving options, e-mailing and phoning about the very small inexpensive piece I was buying. Before I turned around I had this piece in my possession - it was rushed in the most beautiful packaging. My husband loved it, and it is hanging on one of his favorite 18th century decanters - no one would know it is not an antique itself. I cannot recommend this merchant enough for quality, low prices, and being the nicest, most professional business people I have ever dealt with.
