The service this company gives is remarkable. I called the number on the website because in ordering on-line the space for inscriptions did not allow as many letters as I needed for my husband's Islay scotch. The person who answered (one of the owners) immediately adjusted the website so I could enter the entire name to be inscribed. You don't get that kind of service often!

I purchased this gift with an inscription to pair with an excellent bottle of scotch. The gift was for my grandfather's 90th birthday. I have looked everywhere for nice decanter labels and have found none until I discovered your website. You have many lovely options in sterling silver and the pricing was very reasonable. I chose two simple sterling silver oval tags with the beaded border and had them monogramed, one for vodka and one for gin. The instructions were very easy to follow and I received the product in a short time. They are LOVELY and I look forward to my next party where my crystal liquor decanters will be front and center on my bar. Thank you!

Simply elegant, very high quality decanter label. More importantly though, is the lovely engraving that the folks at SilverMine did for me to personalize this gift. Not only did they call me to confirm the accuracy before monogramming, but they delivered the completed product within 4 days of receiving my order! I couldn't be happier!
