I cant say enough about the wonderful customer service I recd. I had a short time frame and my questions were answered extremely fast. Based on the advice given I made a multiple purchase. The shipping was SO fast. I couldnt believe it. I was so pleased with the items and the price was more than reasonable. The items were gifts and the giftees were so impressed, too. It was just what they had wanted. I love personalized items and I have searched on line and otherwise for reasonable prices. Silvermine Gifts won hands down! Its really hard anymore to find the combination of thoughtfulness, service and quality, but Silvermine does it!! Thanks!

Product was ordered and received within 2-3 days. Very fast delivery. The product was packaged well and in a manner not to get damaged. The company also provided a nice note thanking me for my purchase. I would definitely do business with them again
