I was very pleased with my order....In fact I had made a mistake on what I wanted engraved, I received a call from them to check on it....they knew it did not sound right,,,so Im very pleased they did this and corrected it or else my locket would not of made the perfect gift I was looking for. I purchased this locket, as well as two similar ones (the two previous years), for each of my daughters for their HS graduations. I was extremely pleased with the high quality of each locket as well as the beautiful gift boxes they came in. Upon ordering, I had each engraved with personal messages, which was also done beautifully and flawlessly. I loved being able to check (while ordering online) if each line would fit as well as what the message would look like in each font, that feature was very helpful. Ordering was a snap, confirmation was immediate, and shipping was fast! I'd highly recommend this product as well as ordering from SilverMine gifts. In fact, I plan on returning for personalized wedding presents in the future!
