Very well made and pretty. The hook at the top has slight etching and matches perfectly the top of the heart. The engraving is beautifully done. It's really quite stunning.

I was very surprised and delighted at the quality of the products we purchased due to the very reasonable price. I took a chance ordering online, and ended up with a gift we were very proud to give. The pendant and chain were beautiful! I would rate them with more than 5 stars!!
