Gorgeous. Well designed. The sound is like an angels bells. I was super excited to give this heirloom item to my nephew, and love the fact that not only is it beautiful but functional as well. And it doesn't hurt that it is easy on the ears!

I had bought a similar rattle for my first grandson from Tiffany's, but when I went to buy one for my second grandson I found that they no longer sell them. I was reluctant to order one online from a company unknown to me but decided to take a chance with your company. The gift arrived quickly, without my paying for extra shipping fees, and it was perfect, every bit as nice as what I bought at Tiffany's! My grandson's name has an unusual spelling but the engraving was exactly correct. I would recommend your company without reservation.

This is the 1st time I have ordered from Silver Mine. I found their customer service to be exceptional. When I had a problem (engraving change) with the order, they were quick to respond and offer any assistance I needed. They are personable, professional and willing to go the additional step to please the customer. I have recommended them to all my friends. I had been using a much larger company to order these rattles. They stopped carrying the particular design I needed, so I found Silver Mine. I was so pleased with how quickly the rattle arrived (weeks faster than the other company) and with the quality of the packaging and engravings. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I was really impressed by Ralph, the owner of Silver Mine Gifts. He worked with me to do a custom engraving that is really nice, and was endlessly patient as I figured out how to make it all fit. The rattle came quickly and is of good quality. Best of all, my daughter (almost 9 months old) really loves it, and I love watching her play with it. Thanks Ralph!
