This is the 1st time I have ordered from Silver Mine. I found their customer service to be exceptional. When I had a problem (engraving change) with the order, they were quick to respond and offer any assistance I needed. They are personable, professional and willing to go the additional step to please the customer. I have recommended them to all my friends. That being said the baby rattle is BEAUTIFUL and a wonderful gift for my new 1st Grandson. Silver Mine is A+++ Thank you.

I had been using a much larger company to order these rattles. They stopped carrying the particular design I needed, so I found Silver Mine. I was so pleased with how quickly the rattle arrived (weeks faster than the other company) and with the quality of the packaging and engravings. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I was really impressed by Ralph, the owner of Silver Mine Gifts. He worked with me to do a custom engraving that is really nice, and was endlessly patient as I figured out how to make it all fit. The rattle came quickly and is of good quality. Best of all, my daughter (almost 9 months old) really loves it, and I love watching her play with it. Thanks Ralph!
