The product was everything we expected. It was simple, yet elegant. The customer service was phenomenal. The company is helpful and will send the item in a timely fashion. Our friend is an avid reader, so she really appreciated receiving this wonderful gift. When searching for other similar items, we found that they were not particularly nice looking and they did not stay on the book all that well. I would definitely buy something from this company again.

I ordered two bookmarks with different engravings and am very pleased with the quality and the service provided. On one of them I wanted quite the long sentence and Ralph sent me templates in original size on my email the way he would space it. I printed it out doublesided and cut it out so I could see what it will look like. It turned out great. SilverMine Gifts is definetely a keeper in my Favorites. This surely was not my last order. Absolutely recommendable!!!
