I was very pleased with my purchase. I purchased a plain locket and got it engraved, they called me because the engraving I requested would look better different than the way I ordered it. You would not get that kind of service anywhere else. My order was a very GOOD value and was completed quickly. I received my locket within a week of ordering it!

I purchased this locket as a gift for my 10 year old daughter, for Christmas. It arrived very promptly, even though I had put off ordering until the last minute. The locket is beautiful and the engraving is perfect. I've ordered more expensive pieces from larger companies, and I'm glad I had the opportunity to order from this small company... The craftsmanship is superior, and I can tell that this piece will become a family heirloom.

I could not have been more pleased with this locket. The engraving was beautiful. The quality of the locket was so high end, the clasp is huge, no way that it could come off of chain. I was thrilled with my order. It only took a few days to come in, the packaging was so upper class. I will definitely be purchasing more items from Silver Mine. I recommend this company to anyone who enjoys quality.

I love this locket. I got this for my mother-in-law and she absolutely loved it. It looked so nice with her initial. The owners of the business are great too, they called me to let me know about what looked the best as far as engraving and I took them up on their knowledge and I am so thankful.

The lockets are perfect and the engraving is exactly what we wanted! We were so happy and proud to give these as gifts to the girls in our wedding and they loved them just as much as we did! My husband and I purchased this locket for our daughter's 15th birthday. There were several lockets to choose from, and the price was the lowest I found for similar products. We had her initials monogrammed on the front of the locket and a short message engraved on the back. With engravings and shipping, we paid what other lockets were outright being retailed for, minus the personalization and shipping. We received the product VERY quickly, and we are very pleased with the purchase. I highly recommend this family owned business when shopping for your sterling silver jewelery.

FAMILY BUSINESS WITH A HEART OF GOLD, GREAT COMMUNICATION . TRUELY CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
