I was looking at a small item (sword page marker) and wanted to have it personalized with engraving as the gift was a wedding party gift. I called the phone number on the site and spoke with someone who (even though I was placing a small order) was willing to spend time with me and he suggested a couple different options for the engraving. I put the order in and was amazed at how quickly I received the item. My instructions on the engraving were followed correctly and I am very happy with gift I purchased.
