Great personalized service! Quick personalization services, great communication and fast shipping. Beautiful and unusual product line for those interested in more high quality, classic and vintage style sterling. I bought Christmas gifts for three completely different ages - spanning four generations - all what I consider keepsake quality. A bracelet with 14 hearts for my mother-in-law and her 14 grandchildren, a sterling deco broach for my older sister-in-law, two sterling lockets for my twin daughters - engraved from me. I was just as excited to give them as they were to receive. Thank you so much for a great experience - it wont be my last!

I rate this company Excellent also because they take Paypal. I did make a mistake in my payment and this company immediately emailed me to let me know and helped me correct it. You dont get that from mass merchandise companies. All you get are emails you cant reply to and recordings on the telephone. I will purchase from them again and tell my friends. Thanks Silver Mine!
