PRICING: Please note that all prices are in U.S. Dollars. Shipping and handling are not included. ORDER PROCESSING POLICY: After you submit your order, you will receive a computer-generated confirmation that your order was placed. If additional charges for shipping, handling or insurance apply to your order or if sales taxes apply, we will also let you know those amounts at that time.

SALES TAX: Sales taxes (if any) are calculated based on the location to which the product is being shipped. All Florida residents will pay sales tax based on the county they live in.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY: Most items will be shipped by U.S. Mail and insured. We may elect to ship by some other carrier and will notify you if that is the case.

OUR RETURN POLICY: Sale of engraved items is final and will not be refunded. We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please email us before placing your order. If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within Fourteen (14) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within Fourteen (14) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return.

OUR RESTOCKING POLICY: If you return an item and you have received FREE shipping because your order total was over $100, we charge a restocking fee equal to the amount we paid to ship (insured) the item to you initially. This usually ranges from $5 - $8. If you paid for the initial shipping, there is no restocking fee charged and you will receive a refund as long as the item is returned to us in unused and undamaged condition.

OUR DAMAGE POLICY: We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged, you must take the entire order (all contents and all original packing material) to your local U.S. Post Office to file a claim. The U.S. Post Office will send the claim to us for processing. Do not repack and do not mail the damaged items back to us. This will void the U.S. Post Office insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund.

FRAUD NOTICE: We will cooperate with the necessary authorities in prosecuting to the fullest extent of the law - IF YOU ATTEMPT TO DEFRAUD US WITH A STOLEN OR INVALID CREDIT CARD, ETC. Silver Mine Gifts reserves the right to refuse processing of any transaction we feel may be of a fraudulent nature. ALL CREDIT CARD PURCHASES MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE ALL BILLING INFORMATION REGISTERED WITH THE ISSUING BANK VERIFIED. NAME, STREET ADDRESS & PHONE NUMBER ARE MANDATORY FOR THE ORDER TO BE PROCESSED. WE CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE for Delays which are the result of Shipping Services - We will normally have your Order shipped within 72 Hours - Except weekends.

QUESTION: DO WE HAVE A CATALOG? -Our online store is our only catalog. We don't have a printed one, in order to keep our prices low.

QUESTION: DO WE OFFER ENGRAVING? - We do offer engraving on all items listed in our engravables section and on a limited basis on some other items. Send us an email request or put your request in the comments section of the order form including what you would like engraved and we will email you whether or not we can offer this service and will tell you how much it will cost. The cost will be very reasonable because we do this in-house. Please include in your message what you would like engraved and what font you would like used. ie: Script, Roman Block, Old English, etc. and if you would like a monogram perhaps the Interlocking Monogram for females and the more masculine Circle Monogram for the males. Our Birth Record Baby Spoon has to be hand-engraved and we don't have the equipment to do that engraving. Customers in the past have found someone in their local area to do that work.
